The kids actually volunteered to do their own dishes, and after a while Marcela was giggling over a game on the computer with the other kids.

We had some strawberry ice cream for dessert, Dani walked in the door much earlier than expected (actually, I was expecting to find myself waiting up half the night for her, wondering if she would make it back through the impending tornado...).

Homework got done, and I finally got back to bed.

What a day.

I plan on spending THIS one in bed....
